If you have received a defective item, we can help process a return for either a refund or a replacement.  Please e-mail us at shop@iosono.ph with your order and feedback details (e.g. picture of the defective item) within 7 DAYS after the item is delivered. Please wait for our reply for return instructions. For defective items, we will shoulder the cost of return.

REPLACEMENT:  If you choose to have a replacement, we will send the replacement item agreed once we receive the defective item.

REFUND: If the item you ordered is no longer available, we can process a refund. We will initiate the refund process once we receive the defective item. We will only refund you through your original payment method (e.g. Credit Cards will be refunded via credit card, bank deposits via bank deposits, COD will either be bank deposit or through local remittance network). Please note that credit card reversals can take up to 30 days, depending on the bank and their processing periods.
